Functional training sessions – used to improve the overall functionality of the body, since they include muscle strength and endurance training. The entire body is involved during the training, which includes deep muscles, improving the posture and reducing pain in different areas of the body. Training sessions may be attended individually, as well as in groups.
Body composition analysis – used to determine the distribution of the body mass and structure of the customer. During the procedure, body weight, the amount of fat in percentages and kilograms, body mass index, muscle mass, total fluid content of the body and metabolic index are measured. The obtained results can be used for diagnostic purposes and they are mainly used for the monitoring of rehabilitation and fitness to assess customer achievements and the effectiveness of the therapy.
